Disclaimer of Warranties
AdultFriend is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in connections or conversations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdultFriend is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last six months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, your access ceases and we delete data per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless prohibited by law.

We may revise these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or site notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
